Governance, Risk & Compliance
IT Enterprise Governance (GEIT) is defined as "the processes that ensure the effective and efficient use of IT in enabling an organization to achieve its goals" (ISACA). It is Operational Process Efficiency, Innovation and Improvement.
It is critically important for an organization to address the challenges around integrating "best" practises to develop "good" practise solutions. "Good" governance, risk and compliance (GRC) programs need to be embedded within an organization's IT and enterprise architecture. This allows for flexabilty, lowers operational risk, and provides the ground work to develop a service improvement roadmap.

Intralink uses the NIST Cybersecurity framework (CSF), which focuses on using business drivers to guide cybersecurity activities and considering cybersecurity risks as part of the organization’s risk management processes.
